This is the flagship course of The Transformation Institute. Over 10 years of learning, implementation, testing, personal insights and more have led to a tried-and-tested system that can guide you from your current mental state and situations to those you consciously choose to experience. No lie.

During the program, we will essentially be addressing, and implementing each of the aspects from the course into your system and life in a step-by-step manner. We will only move on to the next step in the program once the preceeding step has been fully understood and integrated.

As you would have seen in the video above, by the end of the course and program you will not have only learned and implemented a powerfully transformative process into your life, but you will also have a completely bespoke training schedule in place to take you forward in a structured manner.

Yes, the program is designed to last 12-weeks, but if we need more time together to implement everything in the proper way, then so be it. There will be no extra cost for this at all.

What Is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T)? 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (C.B.T) is a type of therapy that helps people change the way they think and process events in order to feel better and move forward from negative, restrictive ways of living. 

It’s a form of talk therapy that focuses on the specific problems a person is facing, and the potential causes thereof.

A CBT therapist (me) will work with you to identify and change negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that are contributing to your distress. This means talking about, digging into, identifying, and understanding any past experiences that may have led to your current state today, and then working with you to move forward from these.

For example, if you are struggling with anxiety, a CBT therapist will endeavour to help you recognize and challenge thoughts that are causing excessive worry, ask questions to help you get to the root of this current mental state, and teach you techniques and strategies that help you move forward from it.

CBT can be used to help with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress and more.

NOTE: The first two sections of the Personal Transformation Course & Program are ALL about getting to grips with the current state of your mind, understanding how it got this way, and what to do to start reframing this into that which you choose to experience in this life.

By having weekly CBT sessions, and working through the exercises in the first two sections of the program, we aim to reach a place where you are fully aware of your current state of mind, how it got this way, and what needs to be done to start moving forward with your life, which the rest of the program systematically guides you down that path.
